Refund policy
Every piece sold by YELLOWXCLOTHING is one-of-one. Items are pre-owned, sourced second-hand, and sold as-is in the condition described and photographed on the product page.
All sales are final
Because each item is a single, unique piece, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect fit, or because an item did not look the way you imagined it. Please read the full description, review every photograph, and check the measurements before ordering.
How to avoid a bad fit
Garment measurements are listed on every clothing product page, taken flat and in inches. Vintage and pre-owned sizing does not reliably match modern sizing, so the tag size in the title is a guide only. Measure a garment you already own and compare it against the listed measurements. If a measurement you need is not listed, email us before you order, and we will measure it for you.
Condition grading
Every listing carries a condition grade:
4/4 — A flawless garment.
3/4 — Minor cosmetic damage such as small marks or stains and/or minor yellowing, but no physical damage.
2/4 — Minor cosmetic damage as well as minor physical damage such as fraying, loose stitching and/or small holes.
1/4 — Still in wearable condition, but with more noticeable cosmetic and physical damage.
Signs of wear consistent with the stated grade are not faults and are not grounds for a refund.
When we will make it right
The final sale policy above does not apply if we got something wrong. Contact us and we will resolve it if:
The item you received is not the item you ordered.
The item has a material flaw that was not disclosed in the description and was not visible in the photographs.
The item was damaged in transit.
Your order never arrived.
How to make a claim
Email Thriftkingealia@gmail.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and clear photographs showing the problem. We will review and respond within 2 business days.
Where a claim is accepted, we will offer a full refund to your original payment method, or a partial refund if you would rather keep the item. If we need the item returned, we will cover return shipping and send you a label. Refunds are issued once the return is received and typically appear on your original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund for 2 hours after purchase, before they ship. Email us as soon as possible with your order number.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits or removes any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law, including the Ontario Consumer Protection Act. Where the law gives you a right that this policy does not, the law applies.
